On Thursday, August 21, the online seminar "Sexual and Reproductive Rights and Human Mobility in the Global South: Shared Lessons and Challenges between Africa and Latin America" will take place.
This space aims to explore the intersections between sexual and reproductive rights and human mobility in the context of the Global South, with a focus on the increase in intraregional migration and the strengthening of migrant women’s autonomy.
The event will feature the participation of prominent researchers, including our academic Teresita Rocha-Jiménez, along with Jo Vearey, Baltica Cabieses, Lorena Núñez Carrasco, Martina Yopo, Sofia Ugarte, Benelli Jareb Velázquez, Ruben Muñoz, Langelihle Mlotshwa, Sostina Spiwe Matina, Andrea Avaria, Lydia Moyo, Ntokozo Yingwana, Oncemore Mbeve, Alejandra Carreño, Alexandra Obach, Andrés Restrepo-Sánchez, and Langa Mlotshwa.
